Managing the online community for pg group divisions.
Duties:
• To compile a social media communication plan for PG Group divisions.
• To refer complaints / compliments / queries to the appropriate people for action.

• Facebook & instagram (pg glass, shatterprufe, pg smartglass, pg aluminium, pg primador & llumar film sa) : daily posts, uploading of photographs/graphics, monitoring the sites for complaints, queries or compliments, grow the community and promote the facebook page through advertising.

Job Objectives:
• To manage the divisional websites, social media and digital marketing platforms ensuring accuracy of information, brand reputation and content generation in accordance with the agreed divisional strategy and objectives.
• To continually improve the User Experience (UX) of the websites and to adopt the LEX philosophy to create an excellent customer experience. • To conduct online research to understand consumer behaviour on the websites in order to better improve the user experience.
• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales. Manage the ROI and campaign effectiveness.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights to ensure maximum exposure in the online environment.
• Responsible for budgetary control of all digital marketing in accordance with the set budget.
• Review new technologies in order to keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns (KPI’s vs ROI) to ensure effective digital marketing campaigns with good ROI.
• Manage supplier relationships in accordance to agreed SLA’s in order to optimise the working relationship.
